Physical Therapist Job in Lewiston, ME

St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, Maine is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver comprehensive therapy services in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning January 4, 2027, with rotating shifts and weekly pay of $2,622.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluative and therapeutic procedures under physician orders
• Evaluate and treat patients according to department protocols
• Develop therapeutic plans of care with measurable long- and short-term goals
• Work collaboratively with patients and healthcare team members to restore functional abilities and independence
• Monitor and observe precautions, indications, and contraindications for all prescribed treatments

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Master's or Doctorate preferred)
• Active Physical Therapist licensure in the State of Maine
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Fluency in English—speak, read, write, and understand written instructions
• Residence outside a 50-mile radius of the facility required
• No licensure restrictions or hits on record
