Respiratory Therapist Job in Cleveland, OH

MetroHealth Main Campus is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our clinical team on the evening shift. You will deliver respiratory therapy services according to provider orders, working in a dynamic healthcare environment that serves the Cleveland community.

Position Details

• Shift: 5x8 evenings
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: June 1, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,628

Qualifications Required

• Current RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) credential — CRT credentials are not accepted
• Valid Ohio RCP license prior to your start date
• BLS certification from American Heart Association

Key Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy services as prescribed
• Operate clinical systems including Epic and Pyxis
• Maintain network access and document patient care appropriately
• Communicate effectively with the care team via face-to-face interaction, phone, email, and other methods

Physical and Technical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk intermittently throughout your shift
• May be required to sit or stand for extended periods
• Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
• Normal visual and hearing range (with or without correction)
• Finger dexterity to operate office equipment and view computer monitors
• Exposure to communicable diseases, body fluids, and chemicals is part of this role
