Opportunity:

RN - Tele

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Option to work 3x12 or 4x12 shifts with guaranteed hours of 36 or 48 hours per week
• Schedule includes weekdays and every other weekend
• Float to other units to meet facility needs when necessary
• Blocked schedule requests considered - discuss during interview
• No call requirement
• Patient ratio of 1:7 utilizing a team nursing approach (1 RN, 1 LPN, and 1 Nursing Assistant per team)
• Care for adult and geriatric medical patients with an emphasis on cardiovascular disease
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• First-time travelers accepted if experience requirements are met
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (must be through American Heart Association)
• Required skills: Telemetry, interpretation of dysrhythmias, and management of dysrhythmias
• Charting system: Cerner
• Scrub color: Royal Blue/White (RN)
• WV or Compact RN license required; pending license accepted for submission
• Permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from the facility; candidates between 75-99 miles may be considered on a case-by-case basis
