<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>PT - Outpatient</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team providing professional and clinical knowledge in patient care<br>• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses<br>• 16 hours per week schedule<br>• No on-call or weekend requirements<br>• Use EPIC electronic medical record system<br>• Overtime available at 1.15x multiplier for 36-40 hours/week (billable after 40 hours) or 48 hours/week (billable after 48 hours)<br>• Call back availability at 1.5x multiplier with 2-hour minimum<br>• Charge/precept differential at $6/hr available<br>• Orientation scheduled every Monday<br>• 2 years of previous experience required<br>• At least 1 completed travel contract required<br>• BLS (AHA) certification required<br>• Epic experience required<br>• Iowa state license required<br>• Must not have been a UnityPoint employee in the last 12 months<br>• Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility<br>• Driver&#39;s license, skills checklist (completed within 1 year), license verification, and supervisory reference required</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization operates PACE Senior Care clinics providing comprehensive outpatient services to elderly patients.
