ED - Emergency Room

RN - ED

Job Details:

• Minimum 2 years of emergency department experience required as an RN
• Patient ratio of 4:1
• Day shift staffing includes 5-7 RNs, 1 ER Tech (11:00 AM - 11:00 PM), and 1 Unit Secretary (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday)
• Night shift staffing includes 5-6 RNs, 1 ER Tech (11:00 AM - 11:00 PM), and 1 Unit Secretary (5:00 PM - 1:00 AM Monday through Friday)
• Perform typical emergency department procedures including STEMI, Stroke/TPA, and RSI
• Strong neuro and cardiac skills preferred
• High energy, fast-paced environment
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ENPC or PALS, CPI, and TNCC
• Dress code: Royal blue scrubs preferred but not required; no competitor emblems permitted
