Physical Therapist Assistant Job in Salem, OR

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a 90-day travel position at BMPT-West Salem in Salem, Oregon. You'll work in an outpatient orthopedic setting, providing direct patient care and supporting recovery outcomes in a collaborative clinical environment.

Position Details:

• Shift: 5x8 Days (40 hours per week)
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours
• Start date: May 18, 2026
• Duration: 90 days
• Weekly pay: $1,583.52

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist patients in orthopedic rehabilitation within an outpatient setting
• Support physical therapy treatment under licensed PT supervision
• Guide patients through their recovery process
• Provide hands-on assistance with therapeutic exercises and modalities
• Document patient progress and communicate with the therapy team

What We're Looking For:

• Physical Therapist Assistant credential (Therapy degree)
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required

• No floating to other clinic locations required
• Overtime must be approved by the director before working additional hours
