Job Details:

• Work 7 on/7 off rotating schedule
• Night shift coverage with varying hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 9:00 PM to 6:30 AM
- Friday: 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Saturday: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Sunday: 7:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Must have Missouri pharmacy license prior to submittal
• No call requirements
• Weekend coverage included in rotation
• Work with 285-bed hospital covering entire facility
• Manage vancomycin/aminoglycoside/anticoagulant dosing
• Conduct pain consults and medication verification
• Supervise technicians compounding sterile IV preparations
• Use Dose Edge, Pyxis, and Pak Edge equipment systems
• Work with Meditech EMR system
• Check pyxis, first doses, and emergency medication boxes
• Degree from accredited pharmacy school required
• ACLS/BLS certification preferred
• NICU experience preferred
• No specific scrub color requirements
