Cardiac Cath Lab RN Job in Albany, GA

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, Georgia. This is a 119-day travel assignment beginning August 31, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

• 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
• Choose 7:00 AM–5:30 PM or 7:30 AM–6:00 PM
• On-call requirement: 1–2 days per week and every fourth weekend (30-minute response time)
• Rotating days off with every fifth weekend off
• Weekly pay: $2,592

Role and Responsibilities

• Primarily circulate during procedures in a fast-paced environment
• Handle 15–20 cases per day on average
• Work across 4 procedure rooms: 2 cath labs, 1 interventional radiology lab, and 1 electrophysiology lab
• No floating between units

Required Experience and Credentials

• Minimum 2 years of cardiac catheterization lab experience
• Diagnostic and interventional lab experience required
• Balloon pump experience required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• No first-time travelers accepted

Preferred Qualifications

• Interventional radiology (IR) experience preferred but not required

Orientation and Systems

• Floor-specific orientation: 1–2 weeks
• MEDITECH EMR system
• GE maclabs recording station
