RN - Cath Lab

Job Details:

• 4x10-hour day shifts, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with on-call responsibilities
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Daily caseload of 8-10 cases per technician
• Weekend requirement is call only - call weekend starts Friday at 7:00 PM and runs through Monday at 7:00 AM (rotating AM and PM as first and backup call)
• On-call required with 30-minute response time
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience required - must be competent in all aspects of Cath Lab Diagnostic and Intervention including Structural
• First-time Cath Lab travelers not accepted - experience required
• Travel experience required
• Must be able to serve as circulator in the lab and perform moderate sedation, assessment, medication administration, pre and post-op care, and call duties
• May float within scope to meet facility needs but will more than likely remain in Cath Lab
• Active WV or Compact license required to start assignment
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (American Heart Association)
• Charting system: Cerner experience preferred
• Scrubs provided
• Free parking for travelers
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Community hospital, LTAC, and Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
