Operating Room RN Job in Panama City, FL

HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN to join its surgical team on a travel assignment. You'll work in a dedicated 11-bed OR unit with a 1:1 patient ratio, providing direct patient care and supporting surgical procedures across multiple specialties.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Rotating weekend schedule with call requirements
• Assignment duration: 91 days, starting April 13, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,336

Your Responsibilities:

• Function as OR Circulator supporting all surgical specialties
• Work with Neuro, Robotics, Pediatrics, and Orthopedic procedures
• Operate advanced robotic systems including DaVinci Xi and Mako platforms
• Document care using the Meditech system
• Maintain no-floating policy—you remain dedicated to the OR unit

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an OR Circulator
• Advanced robotic surgery experience (DaVinci Xi and Mako)
• CNOR certification preferred

Additional Information:

The facility requires navy blue scrubs for nursing staff. You'll be part of a collaborative surgical team performing procedures across all specialties in a busy teaching hospital environment.
