Cardiac Cath Lab RN Job in Richmond, VA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced RN for a 91-day travel assignment in the interventional cardiac catheterization lab at CJW Medical Center Chippenham Campus in Richmond, VA.

Position Details:

• Shift: 4x10 days, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM
• Weekly pay: $2,861.60
• Start date: May 27, 2026

Role Responsibilities:

• Work in a high-volume interventional cardiac catheterization lab with 3 operating cath labs
• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations
• Handle Impella and balloon-pump procedures
• Manage peripheral cases and complex percutaneous coronary interventions (PCIs)
• Assist with occasional device placements
• Operate GE X-ray and MacLab equipment
• Document in Meditech EMR system
• Work in a 3-person room ratio (mix of RNs and cardiovascular technologists)
• Respond to on-call duties some weekends and weekdays with 30-minute callback requirement

Requirements:

• Current RN license
• Proven experience in interventional cardiac catheterization lab
• Experience in high-volume labs handling complex cases strongly preferred
• Professional demeanor and reliable attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
• No floating to other hospital units
