OT - Therapy Rehab Acute Care

Job Details:

• Work 5 x 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Tuesday through Saturday
• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs for patients with disabilities or developmental delays
• Help build or restore vocational, homemaking, and daily living skills to promote general independence
• Work with patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Weekend patient ratio of 1:1
• Epic charting system experience required
• Community hospital experience preferred
• 2 years of recent relevant acute care experience required
• California OT License required at time of submission
• BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification required (must be AHA certified)
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• 50-mile travel requirement applies
• 7-year work history verification required
• Complete orientation modules through e-learning (average 1-5 hours)
• Only one holiday will be approved for time off
