Emergency Department RN Job in Nashville, TN

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. This is a travel nursing position with two open roles available.

• Shift: 3x12, nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: October 26, 2026
• Weekly pay: $1,816

In the Emergency Department, you will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include patient assessment, triage support, medication administration, wound care, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, timely care to patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions.

The night shift offers a different rhythm than daytime work, with its own staffing dynamics and patient acuity patterns. You will work alongside experienced ED nurses and physicians, contributing to the continuity of care during overnight hours when emergency services remain fully operational.

As a travel nurse, you bring flexibility and adaptability to a new setting while maintaining the clinical standards and protocols of Skyline Medical Center. Your ED experience—whether in trauma, critical assessment, or high-volume patient flow—will be valued in this role.
