ICU RN Job in Cleveland, OH

You'll join Cleveland Medical Center's 19-bed Neurosurgical ICU as a Registered Nurse, providing specialized critical care for patients with acute stroke, subarachnoid hemorrhage, seizures, and post-surgical conditions. This is a straight weekend block position working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights on a 3x12 schedule.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing patient assignments with a 2–3:1 ratio
• Performing invasive intracranial pressure monitoring and conducting frequent neurological assessments
• Conducting hemodynamic monitoring for critically ill patients
• Supporting routine CT, MRI, and angiography procedures
• Providing acute, specialized nursing care in a neuro-focused ICU environment

You may be required to float to other ICUs or step-down units as needed. Neuro ICU experience is required for this role.
