CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Perform CT scans, MRI, body scanner, and X-rays
• Create pictures of bones, organs, and tissues to combine into accurate picture assessments
• Work with variety of physicians, radiologists, and patients
• Patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2 depending on patient stability
• Work with all GE equipment including MRI units, scanners, cameras, x-ray, and fluoroscopy
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Required certifications: ARRT (CT) and BLS
• Preferred certifications: RT (T), ASRT, FASRT
• Must have experience with GE equipment and Meditech preferred
• Dress code requires navy blue scrubs
• Must demonstrate strong communication skills, medical and anatomical knowledge, and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment required
• Day shift includes director, radiologist, and 6-7 techs
• Night shift includes charge RN, on-call team, and 3-4 techs depending on volume
