ICU RN Job in Mountain Home, AR

You'll provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit at Baxter Health, working 3x12 night shifts over a 91-day contract starting June 22, 2026. You'll earn $2,229.12 weekly.

Your responsibilities:

• Deliver direct care to assigned ICU patients with 2:1 patient ratios
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
• Care for cardiovascular patients, including those recovering from cardiac surgery, CABG, and valve procedures
• Manage patients on advanced therapies including IABP, ECMO, and Impella Heart Pump
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote evidence-based care
• Cover 12 weekend shifts per contract

What you'll need:

• Current Arkansas or Compact State RN license in good standing
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (travel experience preferred)
• Previous charge nurse experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Cerner charting system experience

You'll receive 36 hours of orientation to ensure you're ready to excel in this role. This position is designated as safety sensitive under Arkansas Act 593. You must be available to complete lab items within 72 hours of accepting the offer.
