Cath Lab Technologist Job in Orange Park, FL

You will work as a Cath Lab Technologist at HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital, supporting a busy cardiac catheterization lab. This role offers you the opportunity to work with experienced physicians and a dedicated charge nurse in a modern facility equipped with current technology.

Your Schedule and Commitment

• Work 4 ten-hour shifts per week, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Scheduled every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees
• On-call duties with 2 call teams, approximately 15–18 days per month
• 91-day contract starting April 13, 2026

Your Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist for left heart catheterization (LHC), right heart catheterization (RHC), percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), STEMI, stroke, carotid stenting, and peripheral diagnostic and intervention procedures
• Monitor patients during procedures and document using MacLab/Meditech systems
• Float to prep and recovery areas as needed to support workflow
• Operate GE Innova equipment, OCT, Boston IVUS, Impella, IABP, RotoPro, CSI, and Penumbra devices
• Coordinate daily lab flow with physicians and charge nursing staff

What You Bring

• Minimum 1+ year of Cath Lab experience
• Current RCIS, RCES, or RT(R) certification
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
