Job Details:

• Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care across all phases of the surgical experience
• Function in multiple roles including circulator and scrub nurse in busy operating room
• Deliver perioperative nursing care across all surgical phases including pre-op preparation, intraoperative care, and PACU recovery
• Ensure patient safety and clinical excellence through adherence to AORN standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in surgical safety processes such as time-outs
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary team for coordinated patient care
• Minimum of two years of perioperative experience required
• Current Vermont or multi-state RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• Must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work across multiple perioperative roles required
• Travelers will start on Wednesdays
• During orientation week, travelers on 48 hour contract will only be guaranteed 36 hours due to midweek start
