Telemetry RN Job in Cleveland, OH

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry position at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus – Nursing in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting May 15, 2026.

Role and Scheduling

• Work 3x12-hour rotating shifts: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM and 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Shifts may be variable to meet hospital operational needs
• Must work at least every other holiday

Compensation and Contract

• Weekly pay: $2,556
• 91-day assignment duration

Experience and Licensure Requirements

• Minimum 18 months recent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience required
• Must have 18 months permanent experience in specialty prior to travel assignments
• Permanent Ohio license or compact state license required at time of submission

Required Certifications

• AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Must complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation with acceptable scores
• Maximum 2 attempts to pass assessments; assignment will be canceled if not passed

Pre-Start Requirements

• Complete 4–15 hours of pre-start modules via Silkroad system
• Complete badge pickup and onsite fingerprinting prior to start date
• Provide one reference from manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in specialty

• Hours worked will be submitted through the Qualivis Lotus system
