CVOR Technologist Job in Springdale, AR

Northwest Medical Center Springdale is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for CVOR to join our surgical team on a 13-week travel assignment starting November 23, 2026.

Position Overview

This is a day shift role working Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. You will be an integral part of the cardiovascular operating room, supporting complex surgical procedures with precision and expertise. On-call availability is required 10 to 15 times per month for nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently scrub, assist, and pass instruments for CABG procedures and valve replacements
• Independently scrub, assist, and pass instruments for all vascular procedures
• Work independently without direct supervision
• Maintain sterile technique and instrument management throughout procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience
• Current NBSTSA or NCCT certification
• Current BLS certification
• Allied Health Professional degree

Assignment Details

This 13-week assignment offers a weekly pay of $1,995. You will work a 5x8 schedule with on-call responsibilities as outlined. Springdale is located in northwest Arkansas, offering a welcoming community setting while you advance your surgical technology career.
