Opportunity:

RN - Acute Care Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Provide individualized high quality, safe patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Practice relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population specific characteristics
• Perform the Nursing Process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
• Partner with patients and significant others through bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds
• Complete timely documentation and promote respectful, inclusive clinical environment
• Participate in performance improvement activities and research utilization
• Complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments and mandatory education
• Serve as preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses and staff
• Promote evidence-based practice and nursing research
• Uphold all healthcare system policies, procedures, and clinical competencies
• Must maintain Georgia RN license and practice according to Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act
• Required to follow ANA Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards
