CVOR RN Job in Saint Louis, MO

Mercy Hospital St Louis is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR). You will work a 4x10 schedule, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with one weekend per month required and rotating call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and scrub in the operating room for cardiovascular surgical cases
• Provide perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Manage multiple computer systems and work proficiently with the EPIC electronic medical record system
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and adapt to changing surgical priorities
• Work both independently and collaboratively within the surgical team
• Perform standard float responsibilities within your scope of practice

Required Qualifications:

• Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or compact state license
• 3 or more years of operating room experience
• Demonstrated vascular or heart case experience required
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and navigate multiple computer systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two years of current inpatient acute care hospital experience

• 36 guaranteed weekly hours
• Weekly pay: $3,066
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: June 29, 2026
• Black scrubs required
