Interventional Radiology Technologist Job in Phoenix, AZ

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment at St Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. You will work 4x10-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, with typical shift times between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM. Some Saturday shifts may be required. There is no call requirement and no floating outside of Radiology.

About the Role

You will support a busy Interventional Radiology department featuring 2 general IR suites, 1 Spine IR room, and 2 neuro endovascular suites. Your typical caseload will be 5 to 10 cases per day, including procedures such as:

• GI/GJ tube placements
• Port insertions
• Angiograms and arteriograms
• Lumbar punctures and myelograms
• Nephrostomy tube placements
• Stent placements
• IVC filter insertions
• Epidural blood patches

Neuro experience is preferred for endovascular procedures, embolizations, and stroke treatment, but is not required. Scrub experience is preferred; you may scrub with the MD on sedation cases alongside 2 RNs.

Equipment and Systems

You will work with Philips Allera and Medrad injector equipment. The facility uses Cerner as the EMR system and DR (PACS) for imaging.

Requirements

Level I Trauma experience is required. You must hold current BLS Certification, ARRT (R), and an Arizona MRTBE-CRT license. A VI certificate is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Duration

This is a 91-day assignment beginning July 20, 2026. Weekly pay is $3,139.20.
