Interventional Radiology Technologist in Lee's Summit, MO

Join Lee's Summit Medical Center as an Interventional Radiology Technologist on a 91-day travel assignment. You will work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with on-call responsibilities 12 days per month, including weekends and holidays.

Your responsibilities include:

• Scrub, circulate, and monitor during Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology procedures
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields throughout all procedures
• Operate imaging equipment and ancillary devices with precision
• Assist physicians with device preparation, placement, and troubleshooting
• Respond to emergent cases while on call
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety and infection control standards
• Provide high-quality patient care before, during, and after procedures

Procedure experience includes:

• Cath Lab procedures: left and right heart catheterizations, pacemaker insertions, intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABP), and Impella device placement and support
• Interventional Radiology procedures: GI bleed embolizations, pulmonary embolism thrombectomies, kyphoplasties, drain placements, port placements, and additional IR procedures as required
