About this role

You will perform diagnostic cardiac and vascular ultrasound procedures, providing cardiologists with accurate measurements and high-quality images of cardiac structures. Your work directly supports life-saving treatment decisions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures including TEE, stress echo, arterials, renals, and transcranial Doppler for adult and pediatric patients
  • Assist physicians with complex procedures in the OR, Hybrid lab, Cath lab, and CAD, including TAVR, SAVR, Tandem heart, Lariet, and pseudoaneurysm compression
  • Operate ultrasound equipment and digital networking systems to obtain optimal diagnostic recordings
  • Review pertinent patient data and reports prior to procedures
  • Provide preliminary reports of critical results to nursing and physician staff
  • Exercise independent judgment in notifying reading physicians of abnormal findings
  • Maintain accurate documentation in patient charts and departmental tracking systems
  • Participate in departmental quality assurance and national accreditation processes
  • Serve in on-call rotation after regular business hours

Qualifications Required:

  • 2+ years of cardiac ultrasound experience
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) from ARDMS, OR Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) from CCI
  • Must maintain current ARDMS or CCI registry in two specialty practices
  • BLS certification
  • Proficiency with EPIC EMR
  • Hands-on experience with ECMO, Impella, Mitral Clip, TAVR, TEE, and Watchman procedures
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to work independently and utilize critical thinking skills

Position Details:

This is a full-time travel position at South Campus Hospital in Tulsa, OK. You will work five 8-hour day shifts per week for 89 weeks, starting July 13, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,960.
