CT Technologist Job in Laredo, TX

Laredo Medical Center is seeking a CT Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment. You will work three 12-hour day shifts per week from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with block scheduling available.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures including head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures
• Conduct basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, and C-arm procedures
• Provide OR imaging services under the direction of radiologists and departmental protocols
• Deliver timely diagnostic services to inpatient and outpatient populations
• Float between departments as needed and maintain call responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Allied Health Professional degree
• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technology) registration
• MRT/TMB license and BLS certification
• CT registration with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Knowledge of CT system processing, surgical and sterile procedures, contrast media administration, and cross-sectional anatomy
