First Assist Technician

First Assist - OR

Job Details:

• Work in a main operating room environment with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Flexible scheduling required with on-call responsibilities
• Assist surgeon during a wide range of surgical procedures including orthopedic trauma, orthopedic, spine, neurology, gynecology, general, robotics, vascular surgery, pediatrics, ENT, plastics, podiatry, OMF, dental, and eye trauma
• Utilize knowledge and skills to support surgeons across multiple surgical specialties
• Work with standard OR equipment including 5 Da Vinci Robots, Mako and Velys Robots
• Document using Cerner electronic documentation system
• Unit secretary and surgical tech support available
• Scrubs provided on unit
• Required certifications: CSTFA, CFA, or RNFA
