SLP - SLP Outpatient

Job Details:

• Work in adult SLP outpatient rehabilitation setting
• Treat adult neurological speech diagnoses, dysphagia, voice disorders, and cognition issues
• Choice of two schedule options:
- 4-day schedule: Monday/Wednesday 8:30 AM-7:00 PM, Tuesday/Thursday 7:30 AM-6:00 PM
- 5-day schedule: Monday/Wednesday 9:30 AM-7:00 PM, Tuesday/Thursday 8:00 AM-5:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
• Required certifications: ASHA certification and valid NH state license
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• References required for application
• Drug screen must be obtained within 14 days of start date
• Former staff not accepted for travel roles
• Only AHA and Red Cross certifications accepted
• Background and license hits require facility approval prior to offer
