About this role
Join Carlsbad Medical Center as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse on a 13-week travel assignment. You'll work the night shift and deliver direct patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Position Details
- Specialty: Medical Surgical
- Shift: 3x12 nights (12.5-hour shifts, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM)
- Patient ratio: 1:6
- Floating and call required
- On-call only for census flex prior to scheduled shift if census is low
- Blocked scheduling may be accommodated (must be included in submittal)
Requirements
- RN degree
- 2+ years of experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- PALS certification preferred
- Fingerprints required for all New Mexico travelers

- Duration: 13 weeks
- Start date: April 6, 2026
- Weekly pay: $1,900.80
