Echo Technologist Job in Waimea, HI

Join Kauai Veteran's Memorial Hospital as an Echo Technologist in Waimea, Hawaii. This full-time position offers you the opportunity to perform echocardiography, vascular, and general ultrasound studies in a veteran healthcare setting.

Position Details

• Full-time role requiring 40 hours per week
• Flex shift schedule including rotating day and night shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage
• 91-day travel assignment beginning July 31, 2026
• Weekly pay: $3,335
• Must reside within 20 minutes of the hospital when on-call

Key Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiography, vascular, and general ultrasound studies independently
• Work without direct supervision
• Maintain quality standards across all three ultrasound modalities
• Support operations at two hospital locations as needed

Requirements

• Allied Health Professional credential
• ARDMS license and certification in all three specialties: General, Vascular, and Echo
• Demonstrated experience in all three modalities
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Willingness to work holidays and weekends
• Flexibility to work at multiple facility locations

Compensation

• Holiday pay available based on hours worked on New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day
