Registered Nurse - Operating Room @ LVH - Cedar Crest

Job Details:

• Pennsylvania or compact state nursing license required
• Minimum 2 years of Level I Trauma experience required (hard stop)
• General OR work setting experience required
• Level I Trauma and Ambulatory OR experience preferred
• Must have scrubbing and circulating experience (hard stop)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• CNOR certification preferred
• Teaching hospital experience preferred
• Travel nursing experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• On-call responsibilities required
• No floating between units
• No weekend requirement specified
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• 12 hours of orientation provided
• Care for patients of all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Work in 24 main operating rooms with designated trauma OR adjacent to trauma bay
• Access to 2 hybrid operating rooms for endovascular procedures and structural heart procedures
• Support multiple service lines including General, Robotic, Trauma, Bariatric, Colorectal, Urology, Gynecology, Oncology, Pediatric, Neurology, Orthopedic, Burns, Plastics, ENT, Dental, Maxillofacial, Ophthalmology, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, and Transplants
• Must complete RTO at time of submission
• Pennsylvania fingerprints required
• Must complete labs within 48 hours of contract signing
• Local radius of 50 miles applies with rate differential for local travelers
