Job Details:

• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nursing position
• Provide specialized nursing care for patients requiring intermediate level monitoring and treatment
• Monitor patients who need more intensive care than general medical-surgical units but less than critical care
• Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate care plans
• Work with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
• Respond to patient emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
