Job Details:

• Work 4-day, 10-hour shifts with variable days schedule from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Day/Evening shift rotation
• Call responsibilities required
• High School Diploma and Washington State Registration required
• Must maintain active BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications
• Complete Operating Room Anesthesia Tech training program within first 90 days
• Support anesthesia care providers during invasive monitoring, vascular procedures, and regional anesthesia techniques
• Assemble supplies and equipment appropriate for procedures
• Assist with patient transport to Recovery/ICU including oxygen source and transport monitor preparation
• Disassemble, decontaminate, and prepare anesthetic and monitoring equipment using Standard Precautions
• Assist with patient laboratory tests and blood product identification and check-out
• Set up procedure tables with aseptic technique for arterial line, CVP, and PA catheter placement
• Set up, calibrate, and verify function of anesthesia machines and monitoring equipment
• Assist with airway management and ensure rapid sequence equipment is ready
• Perform ACT analysis, intra-aortic balloon pump methods, and glucose tests
• Identify and set up pre-mixed pharmaceutical solutions and infusion pumps
• Maintain knowledge of cardiac rhythms, hemodynamics, and ASA Difficult Airway Algorithm
