Respiratory Therapist Job in Panama City, FL

You will work as a Respiratory Therapist in the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) at HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital in Panama City, FL. This is a 91-day travel assignment with 3x12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

What You'll Do

• Provide respiratory support to critically ill newborns in a fast-paced NICU environment
• Work with PB 840 and Draeger ventilators
• Perform deliveries and administer surfactant therapy
• Manage variable patient ratios depending on daily area coverage needs
• Document care using the Meditech EMR system
• Collaborate in a team-oriented environment where cross-coverage support is expected

Requirements

• NICU experience is mandatory—candidates without this background will not be considered
• Adult and Level 3 NICU experience required
• Ability to work in a demanding, critical-care setting caring for vulnerable neonates

Compensation
