ED RN Job in Deming, New Mexico

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel position in the Emergency Department at Mimbres Memorial Hospital in Deming, New Mexico. This is a night shift role running 3x12-hour shifts over a 91-day assignment beginning April 13, 2026. Weekly pay is $1,900.80.

Position Requirements:

• Current New Mexico RN License required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Prior travel healthcare experience required; local candidates are not considered for this assignment

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care to Emergency Department patients using the Nursing Process framework
• Apply critical thinking skills and clinical judgment in emergency care situations
• Maintain and advance clinical competencies through continuing education
• Delegate and prioritize patient care assignments based on staff education and experience levels
• Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care
• Ensure compliance with the New Mexico Nurse Practice Act and all hospital policies and procedures
• Plan and execute safe delivery of care within the Emergency Department setting
• Hold shift accountability for overall emergency room patient care and outcomes
