MRI Technologist Job in Fort Smith, AR

Mercy Hospital Fort Smith is seeking an MRI Technologist for a travel assignment. You'll work 3x12 hour day shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week, Friday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. There are no call requirements or float responsibilities, allowing you to focus on your scheduled role.

In this position, you will:

• Perform MRI scans for outpatients, inpatients, and emergency department patients
• Conduct outpatient imaging in the mornings on Saturday and Sunday, with the remainder of your shifts devoted to inpatient and ER scans
• Work with a dedicated imaging assistant available on weekends to help with patient transfers, lifts, and transports
• Use the EPIC electronic medical records system

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of MRI experience
• ARRT certification
• Arkansas Radiologic Technologist License
• Current CPR certification

This assignment runs for 91 days, with a start date of July 6, 2026. You'll earn $2,365.20 per week. The facility dress code requires black scrubs.
