Telemetry RN Job in Detroit, MI

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a registered nurse for a Telemetry assignment at Sinai Grace Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. This is a 10 to 13 week contract position with flexible scheduling.

Position Overview

You will provide direct clinical care to assigned patients, assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing appropriate interventions on a per shift basis. You will work collaboratively with the nursing team and facility leadership to maintain safe, high-quality patient care standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients each shift
• Supervise delegated staff and support care delivery by team members
• Work with facility nursing leadership to ensure quality and safety standards
• Maintain clinical competency and support appropriate resource management

Schedule & Compensation

This role offers a 3x12 day shift schedule, with shifts running 0700–1930. You will earn $2,160 per week. The contract runs for 70 days, with a start date of July 6, 2026.

Requirements

You must hold a current RN license. Navy scrubs are required for nursing staff at this facility.
