Opportunity:

Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech

Job Details:

• Primary shift hours are 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM (10-hour shifts) or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
• Rotating on-call coverage required weekdays from 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM, approximately two to three times per week
• Weekends are strictly on-call only
• Holidays are on-call only
• No floating or coverage of other departments required
• Perform ultrasound studies including general, OB/GYN, small parts, and Dopplers of legs and arms
• Average of approximately 10 scans/studies per day
• Department operates 3 scanning rooms/scanners
• Equipment used includes two GE machines and one Phillips machine
• Charting system: Epic with Synapse PACS
• No IV starts required
• Scrubs in any professional colors required (scrubs not provided)
• Agency must provide radiation badge
• Required certifications: ARDMS (RDMS - OB, AB, General), BLS (AHA)
• Must have experience with ultrasound general, OB/GYN, small parts, and Dopplers of legs and arms
