Opportunity:
RN - ER
Job Details:
• Contract duration of 10 to 13 weeks
• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Accountable for maintaining safe nursing practices and clinical standards throughout each shift
