RN - Case Management

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• Facilitate care along a continuum through effective resource coordination to help patients achieve optimal health
• Manage access to care and appropriate utilization of resources balanced with patient resources
• Manage medical necessity process for accurate and timely payment for services
• Negotiate with payers on a case-by-case basis as needed
• Required scrub color: Ceil blue or white
