Opportunity:

RN - Rehab

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour night shifts every other weekend
• Patient ratio of 5:1 across all shifts
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• EPIC charting system experience required
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC only)
• ACLS certification preferred
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• Maximum 7 days requested time off per contract
• Float to Ortho unit as needed
• Holiday coverage as needed
• No call requirements
• Care for adult and geriatric patients with daily census of 4-8 patients
• Work in tobacco and fragrance-free facility
• Must have clean nursing license with no license hits accepted
• Complete pre-start modules (5-6 hours, billable)
• Pass EKG exam within 72 hours of signing contract where applicable
• Provide care for patients with various diagnoses including CVA, total joint replacement, post craniotomy, and other rehabilitation needs
• Skills include wound care, medication administration, patient teaching, mobility assistance, and various rehabilitation nursing procedures
