Certified Surgical Tech (CST) - CVOR

Job Details:

• Assist the surgeon during operative procedures in cardiovascular operating room
• Maintain a safe and aseptic environment in the Operating Room area
• Demonstrate teamwork while ensuring sterile environment is maintained
• Keep a safe environment for patients throughout surgical procedures
• CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) experience required
• Must have completed a Surgical Technology program or have five consecutive years training/experience as a surgical tech
• LPN with one year surgical tech experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, NBSTSA preferred
• 15 call shifts per month required
• 2 full weekends of call per month
• Skills checklist current to 1 year pertinent to specialty required
• 2 supervisory references from past 12 months of employment required
