Opportunity:

RN - CICU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Cardiac ICU unit located on the 3rd floor of the main building
• 16-bed unit with a 1:2 RN to patient ratio
• Work alongside a team including 1 CNC/Charge RN, 8 RNs, and 1 PCT per shift
• Utilize equipment including cardiac monitoring systems, ventilators, IV pumps, tube feed pumps, and Swan catheters
• Document using Meditech EMR system
• Perform and assist with procedures including intubations and central line placements
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care ICU hospital experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH
• Experience with neuro and medical ICU populations preferred
• Prior Meditech experience preferred
• Collaborative and team-oriented personality is the ideal fit for this unit
• Patient care experience is a top priority
