<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>SLP - SLP</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Serve as an assessing therapist with a lighter caseload to take on Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) responsibilities<br>• Attend morning meetings and facility meetings<br>• Create and manage therapy schedules<br>• Provide strong leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA)<br>• Oversee and ensure compliance with PDPM processes<br>• Develop and enhance rehabilitation programs for high-acuity patients<br>• Foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes<br>• Monitor and analyze clinical and financial performance metrics<br>• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations<br>• No weekends required<br>• No on-call responsibilities<br>• 1 year of SLP experience required<br>• Experience in a leadership role within a SNF/LTC rehab setting required<br>• Knowledge of PDPM required<br>• Missouri State License required<br>• New graduates not accepted for this position</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility specializes in skilled nursing and long-term care rehabilitation services, focusing on high-acuity patient care.
