Electrophysiology Technician Job in Fort Pierce, FL

HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital is seeking an Electrophysiology Technician for a travel assignment in Fort Pierce, FL. This is a 91-day contract running from August 31, 2026, on a 4x10 days schedule with shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Role Overview

You will work in a 2-operational EP suite with a team of 3 technicians and nurses. Your responsibilities include independently scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating electrophysiology procedures. You will manage a 1:1 patient ratio per suite and operate specialized equipment including Carto, Cardiolab, Medtronic, Abbott, and Boston Scientific systems. Documentation occurs through the Meditech system.

Procedures and Clinical Experience

Your day will involve electrophysiology studies (EPS), ablations, and device implants. Prior cath lab and/or EP experience is required for this position.

Requirements

• Allied Health Professional credential
• BLS, ACLS, and RCIS/RCES/CVT/RT certifications
• Previous cath lab and/or EP experience
• Ability to independently perform scrub, monitor, and circulate duties

Compensation and Benefits

You will receive $2,571 weekly. Daily scrubs are provided via Scrubex machine.
