Telemetry RN Job in Rochester, NY

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Telemetry at Rochester General Hospital in Rochester, NY. You will work the night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, on a 3x12 schedule with every other weekend required.

Position Details:

• Weekly pay: $2,179.25
• Start date: May 19, 2026
• Patient ratios: 1:5 to 1:7
• Floating within skillset required
• Every other holiday availability required

Requirements:

• Active New York Single State RN license (NY is not Compact)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Acute care experience within the past 6 months
• BLS and NIHSS certifications
• EPIC charting experience (hard requirement)
• Must be available to work every other weekend

Essential Clinical Skills:

• Cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Emergency response and Rapid Response/Code team activation
• IV therapy and phlebotomy, including peripheral line care and management
• Oxygen administration via nasal cannula and tanks
• Non-invasive airway management
• Isolation precautions and PPE protocols

Additional Information:

• Scrub color: Any combination of navy blue and white
• Pre-start modules required (up to 10 hours total)
• Scheduling requests must be submitted upon assignment confirmation
• Candidates within 75 miles of the facility are not accepted
