Respiratory Therapist Job in Newport, VT

North Country Hospital is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 1, 2026. You will work three 12-hour shifts per week on days, typically from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, though your schedule may adjust based on facility needs.

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will deliver patient care across the hospital's respiratory programs. Your responsibilities include monitoring and treating patients with respiratory conditions, operating and maintaining mechanical ventilators, performing diagnostic breathing tests, and collaborating with the clinical team to optimize patient outcomes.
