RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every 3rd weekend and holidays as needed
• Patient ratio of 1:6
• Float required between all Cone Health campuses if needed
• Minimum 1 year experience required - no first time travelers
• Acute care rehab experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Must pass EKG exam during compliance (2 attempts allowed)
• Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• Care for adult and geriatric patients with CVA, TBI, ABI, spinal cord injury, neurological diagnoses, and generalized debility
• Specialized care for patients with rehabilitation needs (post stroke, aneurysm, post-op surgical)
• Skills include interpretation of laboratory results, medication reconciliation, dressing changes, phlebotomy, telephone triage, and dysrhythmia interpretation
• One pre-approved time off request allowed
• 50-mile local radius restriction applies
