Operating Room RN Job in Germantown, TN

Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 29, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• 3x12 hour day shifts (schedule subject to change based on manager needs)
• Weekly pay: $2,203.20

Requirements

• Current Tennessee license or valid compact license meeting NLC guidelines at time of application
• Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience (3+ years preferred)
• If travel experience: minimum 2 years recent OR experience with prior travel assignments
• If no travel experience: minimum 3 years recent OR experience
• Must have completed at least 1 prior travel assignment
• Must live at least 100 miles from facility (no exceptions)
• ADN or BSN accepted
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions

Position Details

• May be floated between like units and campuses within a 20-mile radius
• Call responsibilities will be discussed during interview
• Block scheduling is not guaranteed
• EPIC experience preferred
• RTO (Requested Time Off) must be submitted at time of application
• If assignment includes end-of-year holidays, willingness to work 2 of 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) or at least 1 of 2 holidays if only 2 fall during assignment
