<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Respiratory Therapist - Respiratory Therapist</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 12-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM<br>• Team scheduling with weekend requirements: days every third weekend, nights every other weekend<br>• Holiday rotation with permanent staff<br>• Recent Level 1 or Level 2 experience required<br>• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, RRT or CRT (NRP & PALS preferred)<br>• Must have experience with EKGs, bedside bronchs, and bedside spirometry<br>• Provide care for all patient types from neonates to geriatrics<br>• Cover inpatient areas throughout all hospital floors<br>• Float to different areas throughout the hospital in respiratory therapist capacity<br>• Work with various RT equipment including Drager, Servo I, and Carefusion ventilators<br>• Use Vision, V60, V30, Respironics S/T BiPAPs and Airvo2 high flow systems<br>• Complete 3 twelve-hour shifts of unit-specific orientation<br>• Chart using EPIC system<br>• Artificial nails prohibited in all patient care departments<br>• Driver&#39;s license required for submission<br>• Must live outside 50-mile radius and cannot be employed with CommonSpirit facilities</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This Level 1 trauma center provides comprehensive acute care services with hospitalists and intensivists available 24/7. The facility offers diverse respiratory therapy opportunities across multiple departments and patient populations, from neonatal to geriatric care.
